 1. Processing & Crafting Windows

  Standard Inventory In-Stock: Orders are processed, audited for quality, and securely packed within 2 to 3 business days.

  Custom / Personalized Engravings: Orders requiring custom gold hot-foil embossing require an additional 2 business days for careful individual manual execution.

  Pre-Order Batches: Shipping timelines for limited-run apparel or home collections will be clearly defined on the specific product module at checkout.

 2. Delivery Turnaround Times

We partner with premium global and national air-courier networks (via verified networks like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and top-tier international logisticians) to ensure your heirlooms travel safely.

  Regional Delivery (West Bengal): 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

  National Delivery (Pan-India): 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

  International Delivery (Global Zones): 7 to 14 business days post-dispatch, subject to local customs clearings.

 3. Consignment Tracking & Safety

Upon courier handover, an automated tracking dispatch containing a secure digital link will be routed to your registered email address and mobile number. All high-value artisanal home accents are fully insured against transit damages during domestic and international transit loops.

 4. International Duties & Customs

For international buyers, any local customs duties, import tariffs, or cross-border clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the receiver. IKLIL operates with zero control over sovereign customs delays or clearance protocols.
